Momcessories was created by sisters, Kate and Emily, who, over coffee one morning were discussing the need for fashion forward practical mom/tot friendly accessories - voila Momcessories! Kate, mom of 2 and MBA student, was tired of trying to juggle all of the toys needed for entertainment every time she left the house. Consequently she also was tired of keeping track of toys in the car, at restaurants, at friend’s houses, and keeping them clean after each new adventure. She needed something that could easily transition from baby to toddler to kid. Emily, recent graduate in fashion from Parsons the New School for Design was eager to throw her design experience in the ring and help Kate come up with the perfect bag– something fashionable yet functional that could take any mom, the little ones and all their accoutrements wherever they needed to go. Kate and Emily created Momcessories knowing that other Moms would also love a stylish way to organize and accessorize!
